Challenge
Aurora South Condominium faced a common challenge for multifamily properties in Montgomery County: Understanding and meeting the requirements of both Montgomery County’s Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) and Maryland’s Climate Solutions Now Act.
The condo board needed expert guidance to:
